Following our hospitality activity at Twickenham through November; now that things are a little less hectic I wanted to drop a note over to thank you and your team for the service provided at Richmond College.

When we first met back in June of this year, I was somewhat unsure as to whether or not I should change what I believe had been a successful operation as provided by our previous contractor. However, the various improvements that you suggested you could achieve proved to be a valuable enhancement to the overall experience enjoyed by our clients at each of the three fixtures.

Please pass on my thanks to all of your team for their efforts in what is a difficult environment to work, their willingness and attention to detail was indeed exemplary.

On 21st December we asked Dove Valley Outdoor Events to undertake a near impossible task of installing / erecting four very large marquees over part of our treatment plant. When first asked Dove valley said that this type of job would usually take 2 weeks to build, we explained the criticality of these marquees being in place ASAP and certainly before we broke for the Christmas holiday period. So, in reality we needed them to meet a deadline of just 3 days. They completed this task on time working very long hours and under severe weather conditions which included freezing temperatures and several inches of snow. Dove Valley managed to complete the job to a very high standard. Syd and his team of 20 men built 4x 25x35m marquees over part of our treatment process plant which meant, we were able to continue to produce water up to our maximum capacity which proved to be vital in the companies attempts to maximise all works outputs to ensure a continued supply of quality water to our customers. Without this work being completed within the almost impossible deadline, we would have had to reduce our output which would have resulted in customers quite probably going without water during the Christmas period. That in a nutshell is how crucial Syd and his team were during this very difficult period.

Also, because of the nature of the environment where the marquees were to be erected, the team had to use cranes, cherry pickers and telehandlers to assist in the erection. They not only completed on time, to our extreme delight, this exceptional task was achieved to a high standard and to our rigorous health and safety guidelines.

As a major utilities company we would highly recommend Dove Valley Outdoor Events for projects with deadlines and high technical specifications, and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

Hi Amy, Syd and all.

Just to say a big Thank You to all your staff for their help on Tuesday. After the few problems on Monday, which Syd very kindly put right, all went well on the day and many people remarked on the beautiful marquee - hope you get some business from it!!!. Thanks especially to Carl who worked so hard. Amy please let them know we were very grateful - having the new chairs was of course a bonus, but they did look great!! We all had a great day and will certainly recommend Dove Valley in the future. Thanks again Syd and gang.
